Kalle Niemi
PhD Student, University of Turku
Kalle graduated as M.D. in 2017, and is working towards his PhD along with specialization in neurology. He is interested in cognitive and movement disorders, and is curious about the possibilities that the modern imaging and data processing technology can give to the research of these topics. At the moment, he is working with a large dataset, which might shed some light to the connections between the non-motor symptoms and the isotope imaging findings in Parkinson’s disease. Besides all the neurology-related activity, he can be found working on or enjoying some piece of music, or puzzling with a climbing route.
